EUGENE STOREFRONT ART PROJECT marches in the Springfield Christmas Parade

Since Eugene does not have a Christmas Parade and we have had so much success in Springfield this year we urge anyone reading this to march with us together in the Springfield Christmas Parade! It's be fun, wear some Xmas gear(no dressing as Santa) Tutus, costumes, hats. We will have signs and we encourage you to bring a small piece of art with you!Wear comfortable walking shoes.
Last year it was very cold, so dress appropriately!We... will meet between 1 and 1:30 on Olympic between 21st and 28th.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ART

E.S.A.P. wants to place temporary art in vacant storefronts in Lane County. We would prefer Eugene and Lane County artists but this process is now open to everyone.
You may submit whatever you think would be appropriate for public windows: installation art, sculpture, video, 2D visual art. Take pictures of your stuff and just send them!
We will be matching the art to the specific venue available. Store owners get to select what they want to use.Only ESAP members will be considered for installations.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

1) Contact Information – Name, address, phone #, email

2) Resume/Bio/Website, where you’ve shown etc.

3) Proposal – Briefly Describe your proposed work and how it would be displayed, the medium or media you use and a brief statement of your vision

4) Email or Submit between 6-12 images of your work, JPEG and size it approx. to 4”x6”. Be sure to include title and dimensions of each piece.

5) Only members of ESAP will have their art shown in storefronts. Annual dues are $5.

This will be an ongoing process and artists will be selected as the properties become available. You will not be notified until a property becomes available that is suited for your work. Please be patient and if any information changes within the next 6 months, please send us the updated information.
